Went in for the three day trial on the recommendation of my dear friend. I'm 49 years old and recently finished treatments for cancer leaving me with only a partial pectoral muscle on my left side. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. Those running the workouts are extremely knowledgeable and helped me modify my workouts to accommodate the weak left side of my body. (Okay, I am weak all over, but weaker on the left side). I was nervous to begin such a rigorous workout program but the staff and clientele are so welcoming and kind and helped me get started. I was afraid I would be embarrassed and self conscious about my abilities. After my first few minutes in the gym I recognized that the staff and members were not at all judgmental or critical but were instead appreciative and complimentary of the efforts I made as I tried to keep up with the boot camp style work outs. After my free three day trial I was hooked and signed up for a full membership. Overall the environment is uncommonly encouraging. Unlike a more traditional gym where you are just doing your own thing, the trainers at Raw keep the clients motivated and in motion the entire time you are at class all the while understanding the different needs of those at the gym. For example my extremely fit daughter in law was given additional moves during one of the workouts to challenge her while I was able to the modified version I needed to accommodate my limited range of motion. As a middle aged woman I always felt out of place at mega gyms and never really knew what to do. At Raw Fitness I am working out as hard as I ever have in my life but I still feel I am able to go at my own pace. The hours of operation make it so that you can fit in your workout each day no matter what you have scheduled. I'm exceedingly pleased with my decision to join this community. This gym is markedly different from others in the valley.

BEST GYM EVER!! My best friend convinced me to sign up for the free trial and I was hooked from the first class. I've always considered myself an active person but seemed to lack the direction when it came to working out, RAW fixed that. The classes are never the same, the trainers are full of energy and the staff in general is amazing. When you join RAW you become part of the family(tribe) and everyone supports one another. People from all different ages, stages, sizes etc. all busting their butts and nobody judges you. I look forward to hitting the gym every day with my RAW fam!!

In case you haven't heard, Raw Fitness is the best GYM to be a member of! Hands down, the BEST atmosphere! The trainers are AMAZING! It's a community built on positivity, accountability, support, friendship and family! Don't take my word for it, just try it! They have a free trial with no commitment! You'll love it and get hooked!

I absolutely LOVE this gym and everything that it offers. Great workouts to keep you going and actual results! The trainers care so much about what you do and push you harder than you ever thought capable. On top of those 2 things, the RAW trainers, staff, amd even owner truly believe in building a community of support and it starts to become more than a gym but family of people who want to support you, push you, and see you succeed! Thanks everyone at RAW for all that you do!

Best Gym Ever.. I love all their trainers. Joining RAW was the best choice I ever made. I have been with RAW for 2 years and I look better than I ever did before. I have quite a bit to accomplish but with the support you get from them all I know I can do it. You will get addicted to RAW and want more and more everyday. Join the FUN as you get FIT!!
