Great place to work out. Friendly and encouraging staff. Supporting the local community. Holistic approach; nutritionist on staff. Portion Control Restaurant next door that supports healthy eating habits. Flexible workout schedules. Well trained coaches for each session that motivate you. My favorite : Tommy & Cass! I sweat thoroughly each time I work out like I have never before at any other gym. To recommend

I absolutely love Raw Fitness. The family at Raw has changed my aspect on crossfit and fitness altogether. The 6 week challenge was a Godsend. I can't wait to continue with Raw reach all of my fitness goals.
