Food was good. The building looked like an old Wendy's converted over. That took away from the Rax experience I remember as a kid

Iconic restaurant from the past - only few left. The orginal BBC is still the best, besides the beef mushroom and swiss. It is truly worth the drive, as again, mainly in Ohio. Miss the salad bar from the past, but understand, since Wendy's had also done away with theirs as well.

The food is good, but the store is on its last leg and there weren't any other customers. And we had questions about the freshness of some of the food.

I was so happy to see that there was still a Rax in operation as I had heard they were all closed. Ordered our food, sat down in dining room in the front, and there were dead bugs and tons of dust and grime on the window sill. There was spilled milkshake on the floor to which I was told, oh thats been there all day... its wont hurt anything. Imagine the odor of a milkshake on the floor...all day, in the heat with the sun beating down on it. Service was also terrible...staff was arguing with eachother. Very disappointed.. unfortunately, will not return ever again.

Horrible service.... The girk at the drivethru window spilled a large sweet tea all over my hunbands arm and watch and then laughed about it....did not offer him a napkin or anything. Then she replaced his large tea with a medium, and then gave us our food (fries were the wrong size& barely warm) .... I did not get the extra cup of ice i ordered and when i asked i got a small cup with overflowing ice and no lid nor straw. I called and the manager said that he did not know what he could do about the situation. Me and my family will never eat there again.
