Chuck,
We always try to be fair and reasonable in our billing practices. There was a significant amount of time and energy put into the project that you hired our firm to assist you with. Several documents were reviewed and analyzed, several meetings were held, reports were drafted. As a result of our due diligence you decided not to move forward with the acquisition of a 1.8 million dollar business. When we presented you with the invoice for our services you informed us that you would be giving us a bad review online if we didn't lower the bill to two hours of time from the actual amount of time we spent on the project at 5.25 hours. 
Our time consisted of the following:
Discuss due diligence methodologies with client
Review expense account issues
Draft correspondence to business broker
Prepare list of questions for seller
Due diligence document review
Additional Due Diligence information requests, continued emails to broker and seller 
Restate Seller Discretionary Cash Flow model 
discuss findings client
Prepare and email model to client.
Even after granting you a courtesy discount of $130 it appears that you made good on your threat of posting your negative review online. We feel that we've been taken advantage of in this situation.

I was in a bind over a former business partner. They were understanding and able to help me out of a bad situation. Their ethical handling of my situation has helped me be put at ease and stay out of the IRS crosshairs! Thank you and I highly recommend using their services.

I took my LOI due diligence and ask John to send an email.
All he did was sending one page an email on summary of my first 55min discussion.
after a couple of short emails, then they sent me 5.25 hrs for $630 (now $500 after I complaining)
Their inaccurate hours is for they are claiming that they saved me a lot of money but they didn't do any extra work nor saved any money. He is (Ray) mentioning to me that collection agency and his attorney if I don't pay .

Hey, everyone, Ray CPA is the place to get your taxes completed!  Thought I was going to have to pay an additional amount to the IRS and with their assistance, I am getting money back.  They are very knowledgeable, efficient, honest and courteous,  They will go the extra mile for you.
