As the Chief Retail Credit Officer at a major national credit union, I work with a wide variety of professionals. He is as hardworking and effective as any professional with whom I have worked.  

Ray started out as a client over 15 years ago, and over the years, I started giving his name out to EVERYONE who had a potential personal injury claim, or any other legal matter.  As a banker, I also became aware that one of my customers was likely a fraud victim where she was being cheated by one of her family members, relating to the administration of an Estate.  I referred my elderly, vulnerable client to Ray in that case as well. In each and every instance in which Ray became involved, he obtained what I believe to be the fair, correct, outcome.  The legal matters in which he has worked include car accidents, dog bite cases, medical cases, and what turned out to be a complicated probate matter on behalf of my banking client. He now represents family members of mine who were involved in car accidents. And, I personally have hired him on a legal dispute that I expect to be complicated to resolve. I have complete faith that he will get the job done, just as he has for each and every previous instance.

I have known Ray since high school.  Ray is as smart and diligent as they come.  As a Lake County Police Officer, I know a lot of lawyers.  Ray works as hard or harder than any of them.  If you have a legal matter that requires attention from a serious lawyer, I would strongly recommend Ray.  Whenever any friend has any legal matter, I tell them to call Ray first.  He has always come through!!!!

I STRONGLY recommend Ray Gupta and his team for any injury claim you have.  I happen to work at a major manufacturing plant locally.  Whenever anyone I know is injured (this happens several times a year) I send them to Ray.  He always treats them well and gets the job done.  He has handled a few of my own claims.  Those are always handled quickly, correctly, professionally, and fairly.  It has gotten to the point where I send every legal inquiry I, and anyone I know, have to him.   Even if it is not something he handles, he almost always knows someone who does, so at least the case can be evaluated by someone capable.  If you want Grade A quality with a personal touch, Ray Gupta is your lawyer.

My son was in a car accident and we used Ray Gupta & Associates to handle his personal injury claim.  We have never been through anything like this before.  We were happy with the outcome and the way that they handled everything.  Very professional and friendly office staff!!

After a car accident I had Ray Gupta & Associates represent me for my car accident after asking for accounting and why I'm paying twice for medical bills his firm still hasn't resolved my issue long after my case has settled Feb. 12th 2015. I called every single provider, office, collection agency not one of the offices has received a call from his firm. I went back to Indiana to speak with Ray and instead of facts and proof so I know what happened to my insurance money instead of answers his office called the police so he didn't have to show proof. My worst nightmare came alive again holding on to my accident money the original ambulance ride has not been paid which has been ruining my credit score. Stealing from client is what his office did with my case now his firm is suing me while he has my money. BEWARE! AGAIN BEWARE!!
I was escorted by the police while he holds on to my accident money as I suffer with a broken back! His office told they wrote a check to the County Clerk after calling County they never received the check. This made my life a struggle that a firm I'm supposed to trust is not trust worthy!
