They did a walk through a week before we moved in. The person whip did the walk through failed to do some things we asked and failed to mention done very important things. He told us that the tables water heater is the best and failed to mention that in order for it to work properly in our area there needs to be a filter. Or water pressure had been horrible and the water it full of minerals. Have contacted them about this issue and they just send a plumber who says that this will continue until the filter is installed. The filter should have been put in place as part of the water heat. Raylee homes has failed contacted me back after contacting them through their website about this issue and the other warranty says it doesn't fall on them.

When looking to build a home, do yourself a favor and look at another builder that will take time and do quality work and not be more interested in how many houses they can build. 1 star is being kind. My 4 year old home is falling apart, ceiling is falling down, concrete is washing away, unfinished brick wall, major cracks in stucco, floors are uneven and have been since closing and over all poor work. Rude people to work with and not a great experience. Looking back we should have seen the red flags during our first walk and looking at the cheap lumber and when asked to fix cracked unsteady wood, we were told no. Should have walked away at that point. STAY AWAY and save yourself money in repairs and heartache.

Raylee didn't have their act together during the entire sales process. Every step was a struggle. They don't communicate with customers or each other. Nobody knows what anyone else is saying or doing. They truly act like they don't care if you are buying a home or not. They make it extremely difficult start to finish. Beware of them not giving you all your options and then blaming you for not selecting what you really wanted. The sales lady Channah Israel is nice at first but beware... she can switch up on you in an instant.

If you happen to drive by a raylee home, do yourself a favor and make an immediate u turn and get as far from them as possible! Untrustworthy and Deceitful!
