I called him to help my husband set up an appointment. My husband is from another country and typically asks for my help with these matters. Dr. Chen immediately cut me off and told me that if my husband wants to see him, he needs to call himself. Then he hung up on me. I'm incredibly shocked at how rude he was and encourage everyone to stay away from him.

I found him through the Blue Cross website. When I went to his hospital it was the shadiest hospital I've ever seen. He didn't have any assistant and he probably lived there as well. I went there for some rashes and he gave me some prescription for medicine that didn't work. He also encouraged me to take a blood test and told me that it would be part of the annual checkup and my insurance would cover the charge. After couple of weeks he sent me a bill for $150. The day I got the bill he also called me and left me a nasty voicemail that my bill was due and if I don't pay it on time, I'll hear from a lawyer. Stay away from this doctor. I'm surprised the board still let's him practice.
