I called about a month ago and spoke with Dennis about having a gas line run for a new stove for Thanksgiving. He said to buy the range and have it here. We then scheduled for last Friday at 7 (the week before Thanksgiving)   I took the day off work and waited. When I hadn't heard anything at 8 I started trying to csll. Finally about 10 a man answered the line. He said that they only had 1 installer - Max and he was running behind. No call to me just didn't show. After numerous apologies we were scheduled for today (Wednesday before Thanksgiving)  they were to be here at 7. It's now 8:30. I haven't heard from them and they didn't answer the phone. I can't speak to the ability but the customer service is awful. I wouldn't recommend.
