I hold all my account and mortgage loans with this bank. I find them too be helpful and very aaccommodating to there clients. Thanks RBC Loyal customer

Friendly staff. Usually not a big line

Good luck with dealing with estate accounts. They phone for everything. Need more training. Don't put notes on accounts. Don't record information. Very disappointing working with RBC. Suggest if you can another financial institution, do so.
