Mortgage renewal and title transfer was a total circus, the people at the branch are completely inexperienced with what should be a typical routine. 
The guy at the call in mortgage center was good, and the tellers at the counter are very nice an friendly. Stay out of the offices.

This bank is awesome the ladies helped me set up my business açct in 10 min and all with a smile on there faces... I'm not the easiest person to do things for but they sure made it easy for me ..... thanks ladies......

I just so tired of how little my business means to RBC. I'm not in bad shape money wise but a refinance would make like easy and why the hell would I jump through hoops for a bank that I have been with for almost 40 years now when I could jump through the same hoops at a new bank. Staying with one bank is supposed to make life simple you go back make responsible request that simplify life and you move on but if it's an ordeal why not just change bank. Good bye RBC thanks for nothing

Was a 20+ year RBC customer, they even called me a VIP...yet treated me like dirt. I don't know if that is the bank's standard practice or if it's just this branch. Either way, I've had enough. I'm taking my money to CIBC.
