2 weeks ago RCB Bank took 12.00 dollars from me! Now if I had done that to them I would go to jail. So why is it ok for a bank to give you an account and then you buy something on their debit card, cancel the order and then request a refund and theN RCB bank say's it's your fault and you need to pay us for the charges?? Even after the Customer service rep tells you they will take care of the charges. A year and a half later you go into cash a check and and they charged the fee to you, they said "THE CHARGE'S were going to be taken care of" so in order to cash drawn on their bank there was a 12.00 charge! On top of that they said they would send me an email for the record of charges and more then 14 days later, still no email or record. I will not have an account there & do not recommend RCB bank to do your banking business!
