They were subcontracted by my swimming pool company, but so far the best experience I've had with any of the people brought in by the pool company. Although they took a bit longer to get back to my home, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Ortiz and Danny are a valuable asset to this company, they are the reason why I'm pleased with RCI. They both were helpful and polite and didn't give up on the job, that was itself challenging. The owner of the company Howard, didn't talk to me directly but he was on the phone with the electricians resolving my problem as well. I couldn't be more pleased with them. I will recommend them to anyone and I wish them much success.
