They offer friendly and courteous service at your price, they may work in circles not providing the most accurate answers all the time. But you can make sure they will find a reason to do what they want. They don't want me to save money, nor make more. There only concern is how to best utilize how they can make money off from you as there service, if they can't any common excuse comes in play no matter how long you been with them. But you can trust they don't like people sharing this truth, or the fact they don't want you to leave.

RCU is the most friendly, customer service driven credit union in town. Excellent quality and consistency have created long term loyalty from thousands in our community.

Excellence service and very friendly staff. Beautiful downtown corporate building. They did a great job with my first home loan and my next loan will be with them as well.

Very disappointed to find out that the times listed online for Riverfront Terrace location are NOT ACCURATE. Do not match hours listed on door after a wasted trip
