Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. They put listings on Craiglist with SPECIFIC pictures and specific prices and detail info, then when you call, you get hung up on so that they can send you a text that directs you to an application without ever getting the opportunity to speak with someone personally. I had to call 5 times to speak with someone and "Robert" finally called me back 5 hours later just to tell me that those are not actually listings- they are just advertisements to get people to call even though they have all the details of a rental property. Robert also had me "hold" after only one minute of our conversation and had me wait for much longer that we even were able to talk. All in all I wasted my whole day looking at properties that are not actually for sale and speaking to robots. This was a very underwhelming and frustrating experience.

Very satisfied with Remax 10 especially Pablo Galarza!  Has been a tremendous help and has been extremely patient in showing me several homes!

Don't do business with any of the agents in this office. They don't return earnest monies; they don't return phone calls; you have to involve your attorney and file a complaint with the IDFPR Real Estate Division to get any kind of response from them. They are very unprofessional - especially Zeferino Martinez.

David Vitolka is the worst, most unprofessional, rude jerk I have EVER had the misfortune of coming into contact. 
My husband is in the Military and at this point in his career we move at least every 2 years, sometimes twice in one year. We know what we doing when it comes to Army PCS'ing. 

David Vitolka faults as a Realtor are:

1. Does not return calls in a timely fashion. Especially when you compare him to other Realtors we were working with, who called or emailed us every week.

2. Demands personal information such as Social Security Numbers and that you fill out a Renters application before he sends you any properties to consider over the internet; before you even meet him. 

3. He will harass you. We told him there was no way we were giving over our personal information until we had viewed the properties and decided on the one we wanted. He continuously sent us harassing emails that we mocking, condescending, and extremely offensive; even after we told him not to contact us again.

4. I believe he lies about properties available. There were many that were down-loaded to the internet the same day the one time I could get him on the phone. He told me all of those were not available. I find that hard to believe and wonder what the true story is. 

Find someone else. Sharon Bingham is fabulous and did a lot of work out her way for us.
