Kathy White-Thorne has gone above and beyond for us!  This is our second time using her services.  She sold my house in three days!  I would recommend her to EVERYONE! Extremely professional and knows her job well!

This is the absolute WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have experienced. This was a company that worked on behalf of my landlords. They never call back, don't care if you complain (mind you I wasn't being nasty or cursing at anyone). My real estate agent from another company had to get her boss to also contact their office several times to see if our application for a new residence was accepted. Well after almost 3 weeks of not hearing anything, my landlords had to personally request for my information to approve us and sign the lease without the remax 100 rep because they really wanted us to move in but didn't get a call back from Ross to sign our lease. After our lease was signed without the agent present, I simply tried to call them to get this huge box removed from the outside of our home and no one called me back. I've been living here for almost 2 weeks and signed our lease 3 weeks ago and the box is STILL on the outside of my door. Ross Simone and trice nicely are soo unprofessional. DO NOT use this company to buy or sell! I've never been treated so carelessly by a company in my life.

Run from this real estate company as fast as you can whether you are a buyer or a seller. As a seller, this company used an appraiser that tried to appraise our property at HALF its actual value  and used so-called comparisons that nowhere near matched our property.  When our real estate agent sent comps to another agent to prove the true value of our property, she never received a reply.  This real estate agency tried to low-ball us, but we didn't fall for it.  We canceled the home sales contract instead of being low-balled and put the home back on the market.
