Story

RE/MAX 1st Service opened its doors in May, 2009. In its seven years, RE/MAX 1st Service has grown from five agents to over 30 agents. RE/MAX 1st Service’s Managing Broker/Owner, Katherine M. O’Radnik, has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry.

RE/MAX 1st Service recognizes the full circle of service required within an innovative firm. The agent must provide excellent service to the client in union with the office. Priding itself on answering the client’s desire for quality service from their Realtor, RE/MAX 1st Service would like to assist you in finding your next home or selling your current home when the occasion arises.

I worked for Re/Max 1st Service as the administrative assistant for six months. 
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I found out I was pregnant after a month or so of working there. 
I informed the owner/manager, Kathy, as soon as I found out. Hoping that I’d still have a job to come back to after having my baby. 
However, Kathy couldn’t “guarantee” me that I would have a job to come back to ( because I hadn’t worked there a full year)  but she also said that she “wasn’t firing me”. On top of it, she wouldn’t write a letter to the state saying that I had a job to come back to. So, my three year old son was cut from his state aid for his daycare since I didn’t technically have a job anymore. Her response was, “you’ll be home with him, you can watch him, it’s only preschool”.
However, daycare is my sons only social environment with other kids his age and it’s where he goes to learn new educational things. He also is three and needed to keep on a schedule. So I have been paying full price for him to stay in daycare all while not working and having no paid time off or even a job to go back too. Remember, all she had to do was write one letter but she refused to do this. 
Worst of all, Kathy is refusing to help me receive unemployment. Which the state would pay for, not herself. I would have to fight her in court to try to receive it. 

Besides the office itself having so many issues and being run inefficiently. The owner, Kathy O’Radnik, was by far the worst boss I have ever worked for. She has absolutely no integrity and only cares about making money for herself. She does not care about her employees or their families well being at all. 

I would highly advise anyone to stay away from working with her or doing business with her directly. 
I can’t stress enough how much she has put me and my family through just by being a bad person.

This was the worse service ive ever been involved in over the phone.took 3 transfers to get a listing price and i was on hold for 8 minutes and i heard the whole conversation in spanish without being put on hold.....they really need not be trying to sale houses from this company they need some service on how to be professional over the phone and answering it in english and not in ghetto talk saying whats up...lol a joke at this company...
