Promise after promise was broken. Deadlines not met yet demanding additional funds, keys given that do not open condo, remote given for a garage that could not be found. Past move in date property not ready. No contact for a full week.  Will I even see the deposit $$$s or condo again? Confidence and trust lost.  Maybe after requesting a meeting and meeting me. I am not who they would prefer to rent to. Without any communication one can only guess what the scenarios are.

Nancy and Her team are the most professional, honest, knowledgeable and service-oriented real estate broker I have ever experienced with. Nancy has provided services to us through buying and selling various properties in Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar and Walnut,  Chino Hills and even Orange County areas for the past 15 years.  My boys were 6 and 1 year old when they first met Nancy at her Re/Max office and they are now in graduate school and high school junior. They will definitely ask Nancy's advise when they are ready to buy and sell their houses in the future because they have seen how Nancy helped us professionally during the time of buying and selling transitions. I would recommend her to anyone that is seeking to buy or sell.  Nancy is so gifted at what she does and gave our family the very best advice from start to finish! Her team is also very professional, an excellent communicator and truly cares for the best interest of her clients. I   highly recommend Nancy to anyone who is looking for realtor they can trust!!

I have never been so disappointed as a customer. I walked in with my husband and we were completely ignored by the receptionist. Still we waited patiently only to be ignored again by two Realtors that walked in. I finally just interuppted whatever the receptionist was doing and asked for help. Only to be told to leave because they were closed for the day. It was around 330pm.
