I can't say enough good things about Jennings Real Estate team.My husband and I were looking for our very first home in 2011. Traci helped us out being there with us from start to finish. We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find our perfect home. She's extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions....which was a lot being first time home buyers. We'd definitely work with Jennings Real Estate team again and highly recommend them!!

Working with Traci to find our dream home was a breeze.  She was able to work quickly with us as we were only visiting from out of state for one day.  She took our concerns into consideration, contacting the previous homeowners to ensure the home was capable of some of our unique needs.  Additionally, when we found the home we loved, with a kitchen that needed some work, she shared her vision for what the kitchen could be and we were instantly sold on the house.  Highly recommend!!

I bought and later sold my home, with the help of the Jennings Team.  Traci was my agent in both instances and was dedicated to my best interests, throughout the entire process.  She was honest, educated me, and she truly cared about the best outcome for me.  The entire Jennings team is always welcoming and kind, and I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to buy and/or sell.  Traci has been a true partner to me in my journey.  I couldn't ask for anything better, knowing my home buying and selling processes were handled with the utmost care and attention.  I am thankful to them!

We love the property and home we purchased with the help of Traci and Bill. We were living in another state at the time of the purchase and appreciate the extra communication that was required because of that. My husband and I were, admittedly, difficult clients.  We didn't like anything and looked for forever.  Traci was amazing.  She made the process fun, even though we were not so fun to deal with.  The Jennings team is knowledgeable, smart, and savvy.  Not only did they guide us from start to finish, they are STILL providing great service.  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
