Hands down, Walsh and Volk are the best. Everyone on their team has a specialty in which they excel and  their shared responsibility approach to real estate guarantee  that at the many different stages of the process, the best person for the job is handling your account .  Whether it be listing, staging, offer negotiations or house hunting, you are covered. Not only are they competent and knowledgeable agents, but are friendly and warm too.
 Your relationship with the group doesn't necessarily end when the papers are signed either. They where there to help throughout the move. They also provided us with a complimentary truck to help move our most precious pieces that we didn't trust to the movers. Even now after 4 years in our new home we feel as if we are members of their extended family with invitations to many social events through the years.

The Re Max team made a stressful situation the best that they could. The reason that it is not a five is that it took so long  to sell  and that we had to do so many unnecessary expensive upgrades that the buyer re-did after purchase anyway. The house sold for less than we hoped for. That said, the team was kind, knowledgeable and responded quickly whenever we had concerns or questions. Ed did a wonderful job in finding us our new home  and neighbourhood that we love.

We met Allison when we bought our first home 18 years ago.  Her level of care, attention and customer service was top notch.  Allison got to know us personally and found us the perfect homes each time we bought and sold.  What is even more amazing is the relationship that Allison and Lou have maintained with us over the years.  I would highly recommend the Walsh and Volk team!

When we were thinking of selling we contacted Walsh and Volk and were immediately impressed with the lack of pressure. Alison and Dan came to the house for a quick introductory visit and left it up to us if we wanted to go any further.  That meeting told us that they were professional, friendly and that our real estate experience would be a good one.  We were not disappointed.  This company has it all!  They staged it to look its best, helped us find the optimum price, and even offered us their truck free of charge to help with clean-up. While we were getting ready to sell Dan spent days helping us find the perfect new home.  Within a week we found the perfect home and less than 24 hours after listing we had a good offer on our old home.  This is a company that does everything possible to help you succeed and they don't simply take their commission and walk away. Even after the deal is closed you know that they are there for any questions or concerns. We love our new home but if we ever have to move we would definitely be asking Walsh and Volk to help us again.
