Mom made me promise to use Dave Miller as realtor when it came time to sell her home Dave had cultivated a long term genuine, friend-good neighbor relationship with mom. I’m SO happy I did! Dave and his team were very friendly, honest, professional, and knowledgeable about the Dumont market. They were extremely transparent and clearly explained exactly what I needed to do each step along the way to sell her home, relieving me of unnecessary stress. The process was so smooth. Dave provided excellent guidance from prior to listing the house through to the closing. His team even gave me suggestions on how to clean out, sell, and donate 69 years’ worth of mom’s accumulated memories. Dave’s communication is superior. When it came time to sell our house in Dumont, we felt it was important to find a real estate agent who knew the community well and someone whom we could trust.  We had seen advertisements for Dave Miller going back to when we first moved to town 36 years ago.  We reached out to Dave on a Sunday morning, and he stopped by that same day to meet with us. From the very beginning it was clear that he has a lot of in-depth knowledge of Dumont's residents and their homes.  Dave is a great listener and very easy to work with.  He walked us through the process of selling and pointed out the things we would need to be aware of at each stage of the process. He offered advice along the way as needed and always gave us time to voice our concerns and ask questions.  Buying or selling a house is a big step and can be stressful at times.  If you are looking for a great real estate agent, give Dave a call.  You won't be disappointed.
