This office has the best real estate agents and THE best broker. I highly recommend this place 👍🏼

Their agents & broker are terrible. Do NOT buy a house from them. 
I recently purchased an investment house through their agent. 
I had asked 40 days to close escrow but they had gave me many reasons and had changed it to 30 days instead. They didn't explain any document to me but only pushed me to sign those on the line and kept pushing me to close escrow earlier. Because of that, I got a tricky contract that have allowed the seller to stay 5 days after the escrow closed.  We had final walk thru on 8/6 three days before closing escrow, and agent told me no need to sign any documents.  After escrow closed on 8/9, we followed contract and gave seller 5 extra days staying in the house, and we had an appointment on 8/14 to hand off keys/remotes from seller and walk thru again the house when they vacate the house on the 5th day, and their agent didn't tell me that seller hadn't move out until I and my tenant for this new investment house had already arrived at my new investment house. The agent didn't even bother to show up on handoff day but made me deal w/ the seller by myself and my tenant came w/ full truck of furnitures but can't move in because my house was still occupied by seller and agent didn't do anything. Obviously the agent got commission and don't care about house hand off and service!
There was no official final walk  documents because the agent's mistake, their process is incomplete and broken handling by unprofessional and unreliable agent.  
After complaining to the office and leaving a message to broker, she didn't respond until a week later and her attitude is exact same as her agent. They only care their commission and rate, there is no service and no responsibility. 
Do NOT work w/ them or you will get stressed and frustrated.
