I would like to thank Julie Schnepp and her team for there professionalism and dedication   at selling my home. Julie and her team are second to none, and I for one fell blessed to have chosen Julie and her group. They really take the time to get to know you as a person and treat you like your part of the family! Julie is direct in what she needs you to do and the time frame the tasks need completed, that being said she knows what it takes to get the job done!!!!

This was the best experience I've ever had selling a property.  Julie gave great advice for preparation and presentation, and suggested a selling price that was right on target.  The home sold in 1 day for the list price.  The post-offer process went smoothly thanks to her negotiation skills, and her Closing Coordinator handled all of the repairs.   I would recommend her to anyone without any reservation.

Julie did a great job - she has her seller's best interest in mind - our home sold quickly at the full asking price. Tim took great pictures which showed off the things we love about our house. Between the pictures and the description, we had a lot of interest and several offers to pick from. Thanks!!
