Nick is very knowledgeable of the La Verne Market and help us price our home at a fair value. He did a great job marketing the home and gave honest and great advice on how to get our home sold. He stayed on top of the sale and made sure escrow went through with a minimum of trouble. We are very glad we chose Nick!

We were looking to move to the LA area from out of state, and based on online reviews, called up Nick. The excellent reviews are accurate - Nick really is outstanding! Over the phone, he quickly learned what we were looking for, and set up several days of house tours for our 4-day house-hunting visit. Thanks to Nick, the visit was very productive with no wasted time. He helped us quickly understand the local area and neighborhoods, and we were preparing an offer by day 4! He helped us negotiate the offer, as well as repairs, closing logistics, and move-in preparations - all while we were out of state! Seven months later, we still love our new house and can't recommend Nick highly enough!

Our experience with Nick proved that he is a highly experienced real estate professional, and is well versed in all areas of the Inland Empire. We highly recommend Nick for all your real estate needs. . . He knows what he is doing! He only personally showed our house once; but he knew that he had the right buyers!! Nick is the ultimate professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done in order to sell my house. He was honest, straightforward and he did everything right. What more could you ask for in a real estate professional? I was very happy with my experience. I have already recommended Nick to others and will continue to do so with confidence.

I have worked with several realtors over the years and I can tell you that Nick far exceeded my expectations. Just the ability to get in touch with him whenever I had a question is enough reason for me to highly recommend Nick to anyone. Couple that with his knowledge of the local market and the lack of pressure during the sale makes Nick your best choice. Do yourself a favor and give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.
