I would highly recommend Matthew McKenney to my closest friends. We decided to list our vacation home in Gilbert, AZ.  I had met Matthew  a few months prior to see what we needed to do.  He met with us and was prepared with a nice booklet that explained everything about selling our property or renting it out.  When we decided to list it he hire a professional photographer to take the pictures for listing.  He put it on the market on a Wednesday and had showings on Thursday and we accepted an offer on Monday higher than our listing price.  Matthew took care of everything for us and kept us updated every step of the way until we closed.  We still cannot believe how easy this was for us. Matthew is a professional who knows the market and takes care of clients.  We are thankful we found him.

We moved to AZ in 2013 from Portland, OR. We knew nothing about the city of Phoenix, the surrounding cities, where we wanted to live, where we wanted to open our small business. Nothing. We were referred to Judy Alvis and she was amazing. We drove around with her for weeks, we got lost with her a couple of times, but she had taken the time to know us and she helped find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. She continues to keep in touch, and we refer her whenever we can. She made our transition so easy! We highly recommend Judy to newcomers to the area, as well as anyone who has lived here for many years. She will be your greatest asset!

Matthew McKenny......best realtor ever!  We had SO many questions and he was SO patient and thorough.  He never pushed or tried to influence us and our decisions in any way.  He is truly knowledgeable and well experienced in his field.  He guided us through our selling and buying experience with genuine care, and he is a sincerely nice person and professional.  We would recommend him, in a heartbeat, to anyone planning to buy or sell real estate.  We are so glad we chose Matthew.  It was the best experience it could be.  We plan to stay where we are now, but should we change our minds, he is the realtor we will call.

I have had Terri manage my property for many years after the first property manager did a poor job.  Even though the property does not generate positive income for me (purchased before the great recession), Terri ALWAYS is on top of repairs, collecting rent and getting it rented in a timely manner.  I live out of state and not once have I had to check up on her.  She is truly the best at what she does!

I recently used this realtor and it was a great experience. I was able to quickly move into the house. His communication was excellent and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
