You'll never get your deposit back no matter what. My rental was spotless when I left. They do everything in their power not to give you any of your money back... If you decide to use remax at least try one of the other ones in hopes they don't 100% rip you off too...

Remax Preferred Professionals DESERVES 5 stars! They manage a rental property I have in Kingman (I live in another state) and they take care of everything in a VERY timely manner. If something is not working, it gets fixed. If the rents in the area have gone up, they keep tabs and discuss raising the rent. If someone moves out, they have it completely gone over, items fixed, walls painted, etc., and you have a new renter in 1 month or less! They stay on top of your investment and they care about who they put in your home. We had a second property at one time in Kingman and they helped me rent it and when we were ready to sell they had it sold in 2 weeks. I would recommend this office to anyone. Helena office has kept my house rented since 2007. Hands down the best service EVER! Thank you Remax for all your help!

THE WORST REALTOR IN KINGMAN AZ These people are super nasty, especially the broker. Apparently, they're suffering from a severe case of narcissism and their word is no good. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

worst service, such a lier, cheating on service, took my deposit, without any reson, i clean my house before i moved out and cleaner than it was given too me. dont go there and rent any house, they will take your deposit for sure. i can tell you the reson because it same for all cleaning, carpet shampoo and utility. its says in contract to do carpet shampoo and if you do than also they are going to charge you because they also going to say they did and going to charge you as they never call you to verify stuff that you already done from your side... and funny part this all cleaning they are just charging you becuase they have your deposit and they think this is our money. they dont even get courtious to call us to use our deposit. be carefull to go there..... if you have extra money to pay them go for it....
