I bought house that Robert Shaw was selling, and he failed to disclose that their was a structural issue causing us a lot of water damage. When we told him about the issue, he told us "that was part of the house buying process." As a realtor and a seller you are suppose to disclose such things.. he refused to help us pay for it. 
Needless to say, he knew about the damages, we have pictures where the ceiling had been replaced in our kitchen due to water damage (was not disclosed) and when we ripped apart our roof, there was buckets to help collect the water!!!!!!!!! 

Gee, what a great person/realtor... You would think someone who has a reputation to protect selling houses, would disclose such expensive destruction. Or even admit fault, and take some sort of responsibility. 

Hope no-one else gets fooled, and has to pay 5-10 thousand dollars worth of expenses shortly after moving into their home!

I would like to give Remax Pros more stars but I can't, we used them to sell our house and to find another for us to buy. First the agent that was to sell our house not once showed our house and then one day somebody wanted her to show the house and you know what she did she called me and said she had an appointment to show another house and ask me if I could show it , I did and I sold it to. Now as far as finding us another house to buy my wife found everyone of them except I think maybe 2 out of 15.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Realtor Steve Hill. His professionalism, honesty and integrity made working with him a true joy. He went over and above anything you would expect of a real estate agent.  I recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Our experience was great. We couldn't have asked for it to be any better! They were very much so available when we needed them!
