Ron was wonderful in helping me find a house. When we toured a home, he would ask questions and look for things that are so important for a homeowner to know, but that I never would have thought of on my own. Aside from the regular listings that were sent to me, Ron would send me homes separately, if he saw one that he felt I would see. He did that just to make sure that I didn't miss a house that met all of my criteria. Ron was incredibly patient, supportive, knowledgable, and, most importantly, fun to work with.

We met Ron as the selling agent of a house we were interested in buying. After frustrations with our own selling agent led us to find a new representative, we remembered our experience with Ron and asked him to come sell our home for us. Ron had us under contract in 17 days. His advice was priceless and his guidance through the entire process made everything go so smoothly. Ron was always available and kept our best interests as his top priority. Our only regret is we will never again be able to give Ron our business as he found us the perfect house and we are here to stay! Thanks Ron!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Orcutt to find our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the first time process, reassuring us and being there for us through the nerves. He was always accessible to us at all times of the day to answer any questions or concerns we may have. He always worked with our schedules to show us houses and would spend as much time as needed with us without making us feel like we were being difficult or picky. The house we finally closed on was one of his recommendations, it didn't take long for him to understand exactly what we wanted and needed in our first home. It was a joy seeing houses with him, he was extremely informative and fun to spend time with. His sense of humor and great personality made the hours spent house hunting less tedious. My husband and I are very appreciative for what Bryan did for us. He kept us informed about every step of the home buying process and totally went to bat for us with the seller. We never doubted that he was on OUR side. Before we knew it, we were sitting at the closing table getting the keys to our new house without a hassle. We were happy, informed and sad to say goodbye to Bryan. Without a doubt we will be recommending him to every friend of ours looking to buy.

Ron helped my family when we outgrew our first home. He visited our house and gave us a list of improvements that would help sell the house. Ron listed the house and we were under agreement in two days for full asking price. Ron also helped us find our new house and gave us excellent advice along the way. Viewing houses with Ron is excellent as he knows exactly what to look for and all the right questions to ask. We followed all of Ron's advice and recommendations and I can't imagine the process going any smoother. I would not only recommend, but insist all my family and friends use Ron for real estate transactions.
