Worst ER ever. You will die in the waiting room before they take you seriously, unless of course you have welfare insurance, that bumps u to the front of the line.

Got in a motorcycle accident on Father's Day came in on June 29 cause my friends and coworkers kept telling me to get check so I did what did the ER do not a damn freakin' thing I have been better off healing my self and putting ICE like I've been doing for 2 weeks now and assume I have an infection because of my foot being red. The redness is from me rubbing on it every day and while I was waiting for someone to see me again waste of time.

I had to spend a night here unexpectedly and the staff could not have been more kind or accommodating.

After waiting four hours in the ER with severe liver pains, I was told there were six people ahead of me. I asked the nurse if it was alright to take my epilepsy medications. She said sure and got me some water, after taking my meds the pain intensified and after another hour of waiting I asked how long it would be til I would be seen. Then I was told there were ten ppl ahead of me. So after six hours I was eventually called back to lay on a litter for another hour. I will never go back to Reading hospital! It's supposed to be a gealth care facility not a night club. The nurses turned it into General Hospital the tv show towhich nurses are gossiping and looking for attention. Someone needs to overlook the employees of that facility.

On February of 2016 I came in with gastritis pain that had not gone away in over 2 days. They told me I was fine and all they did was give me some morphine and a perscription. The next day the pain got worse; I ended up going to St. Joseph's to then find out I was lucky to still be alive and that I needed to go into emergency surgery because my gallbladder was apparently infected and about to burst. Today January 5, 2017 I arrived again due to a stomach flu and because I was also vomiting blood. After sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours until they finally attended me. The doctor was in and out in less than 2 minutes. She did not check my pulse or anything PROPERLY and then proceeded to ask "Do you want me to give you some pills or to put you on an IV?". I'm no genious but if I'm in the hospital it's for someone to tell me what exactly is going on with me and for someone to give me some proper medication so I can get better and go on with my life, right? Every single time I have no option but to come here it just gets worse!!
