Fast and competent service. Dr Ebner is very thorough and listens carefully to your concerns  She is highly knowledgeable and treats accordingly.  Linda NP called me with lab and mammogram results when they became available. Staff friendly and caring and the facility is clean and private. Recommend this medical center for walk in or scheduled appointments

While being sick is never good - this is about as amazing of an experience as one can have under the circumstances.  The facility is very well equipped, with both EKG and X-ray equipment.  The doctor’s and their assistants are kind, courteous, and thorough.  They took the time to make sure I was properly diagnosed and explained everything to me.  Top notch!

I have never been to an urgent care facility for myself (just once for my daughter) but I am happy to say that my first and hopefully last experience was great. Dr. Ebner made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end.  Her bedside manner is what I look for in a doctor. The staff that I encountered were great, especially one of the nurses in particular whom I wish I got her name.  She saw that I was in distress and comforted me and talked to me. In no part of my visit did I feel rushed, not at all.  Naturally I wouldn't want to come back, but if I ever needed to I definitely would.

I am giving it 4 stars instead if 5 because some staff showed up late so I had to wait outside until a dr showed up. I made an appointment for 8am which was meaningless, I later learned. They made the best of the situation to get all of us who by then were waiting. Add to that, the computer was down. But they eventually got us all in exam rooms. The doctor was great as was all staff I encountered. All apologetic for the situation. The care was very good. Hope i never have to use them again, but if I do, I would go back to them.

I always go here for my medical needs and they take good care of me. I had an issue but Jackie promptly resolved it for me. I will continue to visit Reagan Medical and recommend them as well!
