Story

Real Builders has bid on and completed many projects throughout the region.
We have been most successful in private contracts and have worked extensively in multi-family housing and condominium development.
We have also designed and built many higher end custom homes in the Minot area.
For many years, along with our custom home building, we have designed and completed numerous warehouses, manufacturing plants and retail stores.
One of the areas that we have excelled in the Minot area is in the development of multi-family condominiums and apartment complexes.

Our expertise in this area includes; site selection, site design, building design, layout of streets and access to the project.
We are also well versed in the landscaping and construction of the project.
Real Builders has the bonding capabilities and financial assets to bid, finance and construct virtually any project that is built in our area.
Real Builders uses a computer estimating system, internet and e-mail capabilities, and has a top of the line accounting system (Quick Books Pro) with the ability to track job costs, making our estimating of projects very accurate.
Our accounting system also gives us the capability of certified payroll reports, which are an essential part of any government project.
