Dennis Dickstein was my agent and did an amazing job. He listed my house and helped me set and negotiate a price that was better than expected.  He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with me even though I probably asked way too many questions and worried more than I needed to. I was very impressed by the professionalism of his staff as well.  This was a very positive experience during a very stressful time.

Giving this office a 1 star is giving them more stars than they deserve. Tony the manager is rude and not helpful. As a manager if the other brokers in his office, you would hope he could and would handle grievances with his brokers. He would not. Had to go above his head and contact the owner Dan Elsea in hopes he might resolve my horrible experience in allowing West Bloomfield in selling my home.

Agent Joseph Samona listed a home against court orders and acted like a tough guy until he found out he was in contempt of court.  Not the brightest bulb but he's a realtor so there ya go..

Agent Renee is actively working against the buyer and is more interested in closing a deal and getting paid then doing what's right. Would not recommend using this office, find someone else with ethics.
