I was working with one attorney on the closing of my home but the day of the closing he was unavailable to come so Vince (whom I had never met) showed up to cover for him and I'm so happy he did. He was extremely thorough and patient (I needed it as a first time home buyer) as we went through all the paperwork. He even went to bat for me on a few things and I was able to save $$$ on my closing costs. He really knows his stuff and I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know.

Vincent at REAL Law Group helped me sell my property and kept me up to date each and every time. He is ultra responsive and professional. He communicates regularly and focuses on providing excellent service. He answered all my questions and gave me sound advice. I recommend him to all my clients and their experience is the same or better.  I've been in the real estate industry for 13 plus years and he is by far one of the best attorneys. Vincent is a very insightful real estate attorney I’ve had the good fortune to work with. He is detail oriented yet able to see the big picture and offer alternative ways to get a deal done on better terms for his clients, legally and financially. I have worked with Vince on a number of transactions and I can easily say that he is the best real estate attorney I've ever worked with.  He was a title examiner before he opened his practice, so he anticipates what the lender is going to need and provides it before it's even requested.    Whenever I see his name on a contract, I know things will be handled quickly, efficiently and effectively.  I highly recommend him.

To summarize my experience with Vincent's work in one sentence, I'd say he is very professional and genuinely care about us as clients and figured out an effective strategy to help us get out of our lease with a horrible landlord. 

Vincent was recommended by the real estate attorney who helped us close our condo purchase.  We wanted to break the lease at the 9th of a 12-month lease. Granted, we planed to move out in mid-January, so it may be a bit more difficult than usual to find a sublease. But when we informed our landlord, their attitude were so horrible and unprofessionally treated us with a "sucker-you-have-signed-a-12-month-lease-so-we-do-not-give-a-damn" attitude. Given the issues of rodents and roaches and many prior incidents of bad property management, we decided we'd rather pay attorney fees than paying a dime to these landlords as rent. 

After listening to our situation, Vincent suggested that he would review the lease and if he could figure out a way to break it, he will give me a fixed-price quote to see this case through. He explained to me that he typically works with landlords much more than with the other side. Then he explained his basic approach and I find it very convincing, given that Vincent demonstrates great understanding about what are good or bad businesses for landlords. 

Long story short, I'm very happy with Vincent because our landlords turned out to be very experienced with litigation given their shady careers. So, Vincent's strategy played out as he expected and we not only were able to break the lease due to landlords' not compliance, but we also were able to get the prorated rent of January. 

After all said and done, Vincent indicated that he would probably be a bit more aggressive next time he helps a tenant in the similar situation. It's worth noting that Vincent might have been able to proceed more aggressively if we showed a more aggressive attitude. In other words, I can see Vincent genuinely listen and communicated with us really well. Then he recommended strategies that we felt comfortable with. To me, this is a very important professional practice that makes me trust Vincent's work.
