Late in the afternoon of this March 2nd nor'easter a branch came crashing through our bathroom skylight. I randomly chose realroofers from a google search and hit the jackpot. Mark came within the hour in the wind and snow and pulled out the branch and put a tarp over the broken skylight. I really never expected someone to come out but he didn't hesitate. Mark was personable and pleasant to work with. He will be back to do the final repair.

Mark and his team at Realroofers are the best in the biz. I recommend them hands down. When I first called Mark, my roof was so bad that water poured through it and warped my walls. The team installed a brand new roof, fixed the walls, and Mark was super attentive to all my calls and asks. When the job was done, it was as if nothing had ever happened. I still keep in touch with Mark. That's a number I saved in my phone book.

Mark and team are great. When 1/2 the roof of my brownstone blew off in a wind storm, Mark came over that night and flipped the blown off piece back on to prevent further rain damage. When I asked how much I owed him, he just told me he hoped we'd consider him to replace the roof after our insurance came thru. Well we did, and they did a great job. Fast, courteous and very clean...no mess after the job. I highly recommend.

This is my second time dealing with Mark from Real Roofers. He is prompt to respond, extremely knowledgeable and completly honest in his evaluation. He immediately resolved my issues. Don't look elsewhere. You won't find a better roofer near or far.

We called Real Roofers on a Friday afternoon during a horrible rain storm because it was raining in our house! The owner, Mark, arrived about 2 hours later to see what the problem was and by Monday afternoon, our roof was fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable, his workers were very pleasant and you could tell that Mark truly cared about helping us and fixing our roof. He even texted me after the first rainstorm to make sure everything was ok. It's a shame not all contractors have that kind of concern! Not only would I highly recommend Real Roofers and the owner, Mark, we will - without a doubt - be using them again if the need arises. Thank you for being a man of your word Mark!!!
