Over the past weekend, not only did my fiance and I buy a house, but we also lost that house due to the poor moral ethics of a Realty 3 employee.  As first-time homebuyers, we were given a verbal sales agreement between the seller and us that the sell price of the house we were interested in was approved. We signed all the necessary documents to go forward with purchase within minutes of hearing the good news, while we waited for the the seller to sign her side, another buyer heard about our offer and put in a different offer.  In less than 24 hours, we found out that "out of the blue" another person came in, put in a different offer, and the seller signed their contract.  What baffle's me and many other people that I spoke about, was that we were given a verbal agreement by an agent from Realty 3 that the house was ours and suddenly other people were competing for the house.  I will never buy or sell a house listed with Realty 3 and will make sure that as many people I know, hear about the horrible performance of a Realty 3 Employee.
