I have known the people at Realty Quest for well over 10 years now, and there are a couple of things that make them quite different from other real estate firms. 

First, is the boutique atmosphere. RQ is not a massive corporate entity looking to hustle you into buying or selling. The agents there are local folks who love what they do. You get the feeling that they understand the emotions involved in finding a new home or leaving the one you’ve lived in for much of your life. It’s more than just a business deal, it’s your home, your family, your life. 

Second is the man who founded RQ and runs it every day. David Epprecht is an honest guy who seems to care about people, which is not easy to find these days. He works closely with all of his agents to make his business the best in the area. I think he has achieved it. I sincerely recommend that you give Realty Quest a try. You won’t be disappointed!

David Epprecht of RealtyQuest and I worked together for a year to sell our property in Norwalk and he was extremely diligent and conscientious. He knew the best way to facilitate our sale, working with all parties involved to handle negotiations. He genuinely cared about our property and went the extra mile to take care of many minor details. Working with David isn't just a transaction, it's a relationship. I would highly recommend him for your real estate sale!
