I love it here!! Very safe, quiet and very well maintained. Management is very helpful. It is pricey but well worth it.

I currently live here and have been for over a year now. It's a safe gated community, comfortable, and management is exceptional. Its pretty quiet around here. W/D included, quick to respond on maintenance issues, and pets are allowed if you have any. The apts are carpeted except in kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen cabinets could use some updating, but in some apts it's upgraded.

I had a scheduled apointment with the lady in the office and as a very busy person i expected her to be there on time to wait for me!! when i got there 30 minutes early there was no one in the office and a hand written sign was up saying she would be back in an hour! i literally waited for her for an hour and nothing!! i was even late to work because of it!! i was so upset!! but thankfully the people a the villages at paso real in san benito helped me and got me into an apt by that same week! the reata is very unprofesional!!

The best place to live . Safe , quiet and the staff very professional . We've lived here for a little over 3 years and its been great. Oh yea never seen a reach here .
