My truck is driving so much better.  I am very happy with the work that was done. The mechanics stayed late so they could get my truck finished the same day.  Great service.

Just moved out here over a year ago and between the reviews and prices you can't go wrong. Cheap and efficient on oil changes and gave fair prices for transmission replacement. We just decided on new car would be better then dumping money on a junker. I will def be going in with all my cars while we live in this state.

They are honest and do a great job on our vehicles. Most importantly they are upfront in terms of what you really need as opposed to trying to up sell you on stuff that is not necessary. I also have kids so the upstairs waiting room with wifi, TV and video games is great as I can bring them with me while the car is being worked on and they don't get bored. With the wifi and desks I can also get work done if necessary while I wait.

I made an appointment 5 days prior for 11 am and decided to wait for balancing tires & alignment. I was told max 2,5hrs.
No one looked at the car for fist hour (why not to make an appointment for 12..)
After 2,5 hrs I asked on status of work. I was told that the balancing machine does not work and they are trying to fix it - how much longer? They had no idea..
I just wished to be informed about ongoing issue and not come so early for work that couldn't be done anyway..Waiting time..

I'm very impressed with this shop. They have dealership-level of expertise and quality of service, and mom-and-pop level attention to the customer. They do a great job of explaining and showing me exactly what's going wrong, and why, and what my options are, so that I can be a part of the decision process. They pay close attention to each customer's unique situation, whether it's a time deadline, a money ceiling or a special request, and act accordingly. They manage to be extremely professional while keeping an informal vibe. HIGHLY recommended. I have brought my own as well as friends' cars here and have always left happy. In fact I brought my car to them to correct the work that another repair shop (closer to my house) had done, that was shall we say less than stellar. So, yeah, they're worth driving across town for.
