They told me in Jan 2017 that I was approved for bath remodel and heat and air ,paint etc. They sent someone to in stall hand rail on my porch a couple months later which I'm very grateful for. However I didn't hear again till 10months laterwhem they sent someone to look at air system. No information after that, no repair or anything. Now it's end of April so I called them to check in and was told I had to reapply after 15months of waiting to hear, which would be okay I guess but do not want to accept my tax return for proof of income. The thing I was being asked to do to prove income would completely violate privacy of people I work for. I'm just very disappointed at how the whole thing was handled and I again am very grateful for step hand rails but after all this time it's so disheartening to be back where we started almost 16mo ago with no future of help. I'm widowed,low income ,disabled daughter and three grandchildren living in my home and at the risk of sounding entitled or ungrateful which I'm not. I think it's a great program and I hear many have benefited but I felt talked down to and not respected.

I am very DISAPPOINTED With owner operator here. Says yes one day and no the next of building wheelchair ramp. I am disabled. I meet there requirements. Only thing is I could NOT afford to buy a manufactured home. I like so many other elderly and disabled people have to do is live in a R.V. this is the only reason they will not build me a ramp and porch to accommodate a wheelchair ♿. It's a ridiculous reason! I've lived here longer then most of the people here. One man makes the guidelines and won't consider any change to it for any reason. Manager said when they was digging a hole at another place here at this mobil home park they was not suppose to dig and came near a gas line. Almost had a disaster. They did not check to see where utilities was at before digging.
