I strongly recommend you to check out this store! Went to see others in the area, but I chose Reckless for my first bike. Maximillian showed me different options for what I was looking for and took the time to answer my different questions regarding the bike and safety measures. Ericka was also very personable and gave great service, making me feel welcomed :) Family-run business, over 30 years of presence in the city, run by experts, what more can you ask for? Will be back, for sure!

Sidewall on the tire blew while at Granville Island.  I brought it in, they changed the inner tube and swapped on a used tire right away!  Didn't have to wait at all.  They even adjusted the front brake and lubed the chain at no extra charge!  Great place!  Thanks guys!

I got some WOW customer service here from mechanic Matt. Really blown away and felt very welcomed and valued. 
New and used bikes. Surprisingly large amount of stock here despite its compressed size.

Was there in April, and they were amazing. Really quick service, high quality accessories and rentals, and experienced and friendly staff. I went there two years prior and it was just as great!

Bought a new bike from them yesterday. Ryan and Johannes managed things very well and decisively, there was no chaotic who's gonna do what stuff. George was really on the ball. They tricked it out for me and it was ready to go in 3 hours. The whole staff worked very hard and were very attentive and conscientious. Highly recommended!
