Stopped by yesterday with a friend just to show her some options she has with getting a new bike and we had an excellent experience. Merritt, the Owner, helped us out with showing us what the current inventory was and even took an extra step in showing some additional options to us. Talked a little bit about the store's history and their most recent engagement with donating over 400 bike to go across seas. My friend ended up finding the type of bicycle that she wanted and Merritt even worked out an affordable price. All and all, great experience, customer service and great staff!

Great local business that enhances the experience of anyone living in the College Hill community. Great place for a Gatorade as well. Happy to see this business still in the neighborhood.

Shop is awesome. Planned to drop off my bike but they said that they'd fix it like right now and did. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff and I plan to fill any and all bike needs at Recycle bike shop. Thanks Y'all.

I have to come on here and praise this bike shop. I have five kids and all of them have bikes. Three of them boys and let me tell you, they are rough on those BMX type bikes. Every time I come here, I'm being followed by at least two boys with their broken bikes. Now personally, there's no way I could possibly afford the "regular tune-up" for each of my kids bikes every time they break them. The owner and staff understand that and appreciate / respect my circumstances. They have always done their absolute best in keeping my cost down, and have never let any of my boys bikes leave the shop without the full going over, including tightening the chains, lubing where needed, using spare parts from junked bikes, etc. That's called taking care of your local, regular customers, understanding their specific needs, and doing your best to help them out. And I really appreciate it. I will be a forever customer as long as your doors are open. Thank you very much! S/ David M. Reavis
