this is a chinese restaurant outlet in the Wynn Encore Boston. Surprisingly, the food is not bad. The wonton noodle soup is better than China Town. Fried calamari is also good taste. RecommendedFood: 4/5

Great Food here and good service I would recommend comeing here .  Great beef and green beans. And the peking duck is really good. The crab Rangoon is good also. Nice and clean place.Food: 5/5

From the moment we arrived until we left, it was a great experience! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and fresh. We are blown away! We had hot and sour soup, Kobe beef pot stickers, crab Rangoon, general Tsos chicken and the best pork fried rice we've ever had. Keep up the good work!Food: 5/5

wonderful spot.  fantastic service. food is very good with large portions.  two people can share an entree.  our waitress is named Fong. she is very attentive and knowledgeable. we had a lovely time and enjoyed talking to her and the rest of the staff.Food: 4/5

Overall good Chinese food, but not at the high quality. Compare to the food, dishes are bit over pricy not too much. Service was okay, but not the best. Atmosphere is quite nice and enjoyable for most of the customers. All of the menu we tried was at a good level; not great, nor bad.Food: 4/5

I had the Hong Kong style crispy noodles with seafood and Kobe beef pot stickers. The crispy noodles were well portioned and tasted decent. It could have been a little more seasoned and sauce can be a little thicker, but overall the seafood tasted fresh and the vegetables were cooked well. It comes with shrimps, scallops, squid, carrots, and choy sum. It is on the pricier side ~$50 as expected residing in a casino resorts location. Wouldn’t mind reordering this if craving crispy noodles again.  The Kobe beef pot stickers were just fine. The skin is a little on the thicker side and the flavors were not my favorite. If you enjoy traditional wor tip pot stickers with chives and pork, this won’t hit the same spot. I would pass on this the next time.

Only reason they get more than one star is the Mongolian beef wasn't bad. It just wasn't great. It was spicier then most make it, but it needed to the umami flavor up a bunch. I also have to ding them major points because they don't have egg drop soup. I mean, what Chinese place doesn't have egg drop soup? Also, they lose major points for not having Pepsi, Dr Pepper, or sweet tea. Come on! Not everyone drinks unhealthy alcohol!

Firstly I must say I value in chronological order food, service and ambience. Red 8 was a 5 across the board! I planned my mother's 60th Birthday celebration at Red 8, it was a group of 18 guests so booking had to go through Encore. I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy who was responsive, patient and shared great ideas/options to make the event custom to our liking custom menu, balloons,  poster etc. The venue is incredibly beautiful with splashes of gold, red  and blue with elevated elegance. Our servers Ricky and Iris were phenomenal. Ricky was incredibly honest, knowledgeable and guided me through the menu throughout the night. Iris was incredibly attentive and ensured all guests were served and taken care of. The events manager and shift manager were so welcoming and friendly.As I mentioned to start, food is usually top for me but after the service we received at RED 8, I don't think I can accept anything less. Highly recommend Red 8 Encore for your next group event.

First time eating here, and overall it was a good experience. The food was pretty tasty, although the scallops were a bit overcooked. The kobe beef potstickers were delicious, and ultimately, the chocolate chow mein dessert was incredible.  It was definitely a spot I'd likely come back to if I visit again, I appreciated that it was accommodating for small kids separate door to enter in, high chairs, and friendly staff.
