Horrible horrible horrible! Bugs were left on my vehicle/smudges everywhere/ inside not clean like it should be/ and what makes it so bad is that THE MANAGER yes Manager had a Bad attitude with me because I called it out. I didn't pay almost $30 to still have to go home and clean my own car again. But of course I did but I got it all on video. Yep Video! Now try to get out of this one! Will someone please help me notify the corporate office.

I took my brand new 2014 BMW to washed Sept 17 to MWC location it took over an hour an 30 mins. Once my car was finally ready I noticed scratches that were not on my car when I brought it in. I pointed it out to the workers and asked for the manager he looked at the scratches and basically said they didn't scratch my car. I told them this was the first time my car was take to a car wash and their brushes must have scratched my car. The manager attempts to puts some type of compound on it but the scratches were still there. He gave me the number to corporate I finally speak with Laura the owner she tells me that she watched the video and I looked "suspicious" when I walked out to my car. I asked her what she meant she then started to change her story and say she didn't say suspicious. She then says she can meet me at 330 at the MWC location to review the video. My husband and I show up she shows us the brushes etc etc why i don't know we were not looking for anything FREE just what can you do to get the scratches out. Laura is so unprofessional rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of others, she kept over talking my husband and myself but wanted us to listen to her (and we did) but once we spoke she basically kept interrupting us even while my husband is speaking she asks if we wanted water like he wasn't even talking. Finally once she "GETS IT" (but never taking ownership)  she says we can meet her the next day at the MAY location to try and buff the scratches out. My husband takes my car and by the time she gets there the car is about finish. Laura speaks to my husband and thens says that was the first time that car was in our system( which we told her it was a brand new car but she doesn't listen to others) and says we will not do business with that car again. LOL my husband say "do you really think we would come back to ANY Red Carpets again?? Customers BEWARE LAURA IS THE WORST BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!  I will let everyone I know my experience with Red Carpet and the owner Laura STAY AWAY!!!!! She will not try to fix the problem she will become the problem...and she said she's corporate she's the head it doesn't go any higher than her.
