As a Singaporean, I was highly skeptical of any place that advertised itself as serving Singaporean chicken rice, but I tried to have an open mind. The rice itself was good and the chicken was steamed well--ours was steamed maybe a bit too much so the chicken was overdone. One nice thing about the chicken is that they remove all the bones. The sauces are not the usual ones you'd find in Singapore. Overall, this is really a Thai restaurant that happens to serve Hainanese chicken rice. I can't agree with a restaurant that bills itself as "the original Singapore chicken rice" that doesn't taste quite right to me. Don't forget the jar of grated ginger at each table--that's key to creating your own sauce that is closer to what you'd find in a real Singaporean restaurant.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is so tasty. Good price too. Very crowded place. However, the table is not big enough for 4 people to sit at together. Instead of having high chairs, they had better provide smaller tables for people coming in two and larger tables for four's. The location is so strategic and it has a beautiful intersection corner view. I wish they gave out a free drink for 1st checkin in Yelp. ;)

Good food, love the brown sauce with extra ginger sauce. Only small space and small parking.

A bit pricey when compared to other restaurants that are nearby. However, the quality of the chicken and portion are clearly better than those same restaurants nearby. The menu is limited, but that's just because this is a specialty restaurant! Do not come here expecting a wide variety of options to choose from the menu.
