Stay away from this realtor. I had the absolute worst experience working with Tammy Theriot. From the beginning I informed her that my goal was to pay nothing at closing. I wanted to break even and just sell my home. She said no problem and that she would make it happen. Once an offer was accepted she informed me that at this price I would owe $0 dollars at closing. However come closing the title company set in front of me a bill for over $5000. To say I was shocked was an understatement. This HUGE lie greatly effected myself and the buyers who eventually decided not to go through with the sale and retract their offer. 

But wait theres more.... not only was I missled to believe I would owe nothing at closing, but without my knowledge the buyers began to move into the house before closing! How did this happen you ask? Well the buyers daughter was a newly licensed realtor with access to the key box and she figured it would be ok to start moving in early. Well I'm sorry but this is ILLEGAL!!  Not only that but they chopped down half of my tree in the front yard which is now dying and I will have to pay to remove. 

Bottom line, do not do business with Tammy Theriot or Red Door Realty. The entire process was a mess and not only did the above occur, but she also emailed contracts to a 3rd party who had no business dealing with the sale. Just save yourself a headache and go with another realtor.

Monique Jackson is an awesome agent. She has great experience on both the buyer and seller side of transactions and provides really good advice.

Our  listing agent Carissa Ashlock is the most professional and wonderful RE pro I have ever worked with. We had encountered several issues with the sale of our home and when many other agents would have walked away and felt they were working too hard; Carissa never gave up and saw the value in our home and knew it was going to meet all the wants and needs for a new buyer.
She has gone above and beyond meeting with us before we left that area and keeping  a watchful eye on the residence and situation since we left. Now with the closing just a few days away (yay0 she still has kept us informed and worked diligently to make sure that everything is working for both the buyer and us as the sellers.
I hope we find an agent in NY that has ½ the dedication and devotion that Carissa has shown. I strongly encourage if buying or selling and you want someone that will work hard and get you what you need Carissa Ashlock is the professional you need.
