Everything is run well enough bit there should be lights on timers at the units offered. Led lighting is so cheap that's there is be reason not to offer.

Customer service was polite and the facility is well maintained but my individual unit needs a lot of work. The foundation is completely cracked and uneven.

The Richton Park facility is clean and well maintained with state of art security features. Customer service is top notch with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful representatives. My experience today with both Gino and Alex could not have been more professionally handled, nor come to a better conclusion. Sincere thanks to both. (John Hernandez, aka Jacob Hearns)

I like RED DOT STORAGE, when we could not get into PUBLIC STORAGE. Our access with PUBLIC STORAGE shut down and we could not move our stuff in. Red Dot was open and they are 24 hours. You can get to your belongings any time of the day and night.
