One of the few storage locations with 24 hour access. Clean general areas. 

Only "issue" is navigating the entrance drive.

THANK YOU Red Dot for enabling on-line payments. Making payments after you purchased the storage location had been a real challenge.  Payments at the kiosk work about 50% of the time. Service's reply was to just mail the check. Now I can pay on line with out any hassles. All is good. Still don't like the um-manned site. 

Not Good since Red Dot purchased the business. My rent was immediately increased. The credit I had on the books from the previous owner was eliminated. Payments made at the kiosk may take up to two (2) months to be posted. Some kiosk payments are electronically taken from my account and some are made with physical check deposits. The last payment took 30 day to make it to my bank. The support personnel always have the same solution, "mail your payment/check". Why have a kiosk if it doesn't work. When asked to speak to a manager or owner, none are to be found. No company owners are listed or anyone with any the authority to resolve the problem. If I were the owner and I had customers who were having difficulties in making payments, I would make sure that would be high on my priority list of issues that need to be corrected. In stead we are told to mail your payment.... And now I get a nu-announced rent increase. I guess the extra money will go towards fixing the kiosk's. - NOT

I would stay away from this rental place. Their main advantage is the price of their units and that the one I used was clean, after that I ran into several problems. 
Biggest one was the gate access. My code did not work from the very beginning and I was told that the system had to catch up. No ones watches the facility or monitors the call button. Call service also is not very timely and takes 20+ minutes to talk to someone. The code also did not work when I went back the 2nd time to move all of my things out.

I think this storage is by far the best experience I had!  I love the fact that I could pay my fees. And the convience is awesome! Would definitely recommend
