Not the best. Some representatives are nice and will help you with any issues you have yet some Representatives seem like it's their first day. I've Been Told more than once one thing from one representative and then something completely opposite from the other. They have refused to put a credit on my account for issues. It has basically just been a hassle dealing with them so I would not recommend.

Yall Gave Me A Code for the security gate , but my storage dont even have a security gate ... Ill give Yall 1 star because its not as secure as yall claim it to be.

My experiences with Red Dot Storage have been nothing but positive.  I had already rented the unit before they purchased it from the previous owner and it was such a seamless transition that I didn't even know it until the name changed.  To me, that is a sign of true professionalism.  The payment is withdrawn from my account on the same day each month and it works perfectly.
