Great so far, the machines do everything no need to talk to anyone honestly. This is a fast and convenient way to get a storage unit, saves time with no paperwork. Downfall is there is no paperwork or documentation unless you pay extra for a copy each month. If you don't have renters insurance for your house/apartment you have to pay an additional fee to have insurance in addition to your monthly rate which is smart. Overall, I am satisfied at the moment.

Clean, well managed. Prices have risen nearly 21% in the last 7 months. Need to check around.

rents go up at least twice a year,customer service is always at least a day away , very disappointing now

Since Red Dot Storage has taken over these units in DeKalb, IL, I've had good success with their system of online bill payment and am happy with their facilities. I also appreciate their email courtesy reminders to help me keep my account current,. Good, polite staff during all my inquiries. I recommend Red Dot Storage for your storage needs.

Rachel at Red Dot Storage was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She was able to answer my questions and help my family with our locker and account. 

The facility is clean and secure while still being easy enough for customers to access.   

I wish every company's customer service department was as easy to work with as this one.
