Can't wait to go back! First family trip with  small children (2 and under) and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. The children's area at the water park is excellent for burning energy on mini slides, wading pools and sprinklers. Food and service was great in the pub and the view was beautiful! I've seen lots of reviews on dated decor but they were in the process of updating lots of furniture and furnishings while we were there and it looked great! Awesome place for a family getaway!

We booked a night at the resort specifically to use the indoor water park with our 3-year-old and 7-month-old children. We had an absolute blast. The resort is in a wonderful location, in close proximity to many restaurants and businesses. It sits up on a hill with a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel is slightly dated, but this means the rooms are a great size and all fixtures were updated, so they felt modern. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Red Jacket was a great 3 day vacation for our family of five. We have a 5 year old with autism, a 2 year old, and a 6 month old. They all LOVED the water park. There is plenty to do for all ages. They even had a little baby area for our 6 mo old to splash around. My wife enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall, and I'm a musician, so I enjoyed the nearby music store. Plenty of great food around. Peach's has the best breakfast.

Excellent place to stay at. The room was great - very clean, plenty of room, a little alcove with a bunk bed for the kids, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. I’ve read other reviews saying the rooms are outdated, but ours wasn’t. The water park is fun and clean. We really enjoyed staying here - no complaints!

Great for family a getaway.  The hotel itself does show some age but the staff, restaurants and the water park are great.  Second time around and still a great place for the Kids!  Ask about getting an early check in so you can get right in o the park!  Make sure you check all of your eatery options at the hotel before venturing out - you may be pleasantly surprised.
