Love this Red Lobster! Melissa was our server and she was attentive and so friendly! Would definitely recommend and come back! This location is so much better than the one in Scarsdale!

Was great the first few times I ate at this location. But the last few months the food seems to taste different every time. Staff are very friendly but the time that it take to get food and drinks is ridiculous. I stopped coming to this location because servers aren’t attentive and the extra 10-15 min drive to a different location is worth it since you’ll probably save 20-30 mins in wait time for your food and drinks. Went back last night because it was closer and I really wished I would’ve just drove the extra few minutes to a different location.

Even though I'm allergic to seafood, I enjoy coming here to eat the few dishes that I can eat. The service is fine, the food and drinks are great, and the prices are just right. However, this is the only location where you have to wait a long time before you can be seated. I find it ridiculous that on the weekends, which is the times I always come here, there are many empty tables and yet people have to wait over 20 minutes. Why can they hire more people on the weekends, so people don't have to wait and when they lose their patience, like me, opt for olive garden that is literally a few feet away. I have been coming here for years and that has never changed. So that's why I give them 2 1/2 stars.

Waited 1.5 hours for food, drinks had to be sent back twice and was told there was only one cook in for the day. Server was polite.

High quality food but I find that their chicken tenders are a little dry. They're cheddar bay biscuits in the best thing about Red Lobster.
